清除石棉危害。】

       澳洲纽省政府将在14个地方政府区域展开对号称MrFluffy的松散石棉的检查，担心房产内有石棉危害的业主均可申请免费检查。松散石棉被认为是一种可致命的污染物。
       据澳洲广播公司报导，纽省政府上周宣布将对松散石棉展开调查。澳洲广播公司获取的一封信函显示，纽省劳保局已要求全省有执照的检察员参与一项取样和评估计划，以确定可能受石棉污染的住宅和商业房产的数量。
         纽省已指定以下14个进行石棉检查的地区：NorthSydney、Kuring-gai、BegaValley、Berrigan、Cooma、 Eurobodalla、Goulburn、Palerang、Queanbeyan、SnowyRiver、WaggaWagga、 YassValley、Young和GreaterHume。
但业主需递交检查要求。
       劳保局工作健康和安全部门的代理负责人丹飞（PeterDunphy）表示，任何认为自己房产的隔热层里有松散石棉的人均可要求检查。
         丹飞还说，业主切勿自行对天花板空间进行检查。
据了解，这项检查的成本为每栋房产300至400澳元，但将免费提供给业主。
       劳保局在信中要求检察员提供成本核算，包括从房产的天花板空间提取样板、将样板送到经认证的实验室进行测试、为劳保局和业主提供一份报告。
       金融与服务厅长佩罗泰特（DominicPerrottet）表示，劳保局将聘请一名独立专家来共同确定受影响的房产的范围。
佩罗泰特还说，对于确定有松散石棉的房产，政府将在12个月内向业主免费提供关于风险控制是否充分的评估。
        丹飞称，住在1980年以前建成的房产里的居民均可致电131050申请免费检查。
